The BCP-Traffic Warden Organisation (BCP-TWO) conducted the first round of interviews for the selection of the 57th Batch of Traffic Wardens on Sunday, 06 September 2026.
The interviews were conducted across various Divisions at the respective Assistant Commissioner of Police (Traffic) offices, in coordination with the Bengaluru Traffic Police and the Traffic Warden Organisation. The interview panels were headed by the respective jurisdictional ACPs (Traffic), with representatives of the Traffic Warden Organisation participating in the selection process.
A total of 110 candidates appeared for the first round of interviews, of whom 104 candidates were shortlisted for the second round of the selection process.
The first-round interviews provided an opportunity to assess the candidates’ suitability, commitment and willingness to serve as Traffic Wardens and contribute towards traffic management, road safety and public service in Bengaluru.
The second round of interviews for the shortlisted candidates will be conducted shortly, following which the final selection and subsequent training process for the 57th Batch of Traffic Wardens will be taken up.
BCP-TWO sincerely appreciates the Bengaluru Traffic Police, the jurisdictional ACPs (Traffic), and all the police personnel and Traffic Wardens involved in facilitating the interview process.
The Organisation looks forward to welcoming a new group of committed citizens who are willing to dedicate their time and efforts towards making Bengaluru’s roads safer and traffic management more effective.
