The Bengaluru City Police Traffic Warden Organisation (BCP-TWO) played an active role in supporting the Bengaluru City Traffic Police during Ganesha Visarjan arrangements from 16th to 20th, with Traffic Wardens deployed at key locations across the city.
Wardens from the East, North and South Divisions assisted the Traffic Police at major immersion locations, including Ulsoor Lake, Sankey Tank and Yediyur Lake. Working alongside the Traffic Police, they helped regulate traffic, manage vehicle and pedestrian movement, and ensure smoother movement of devotees and the public during the immersion process.
On certain days, Traffic Wardens continued their duties until midnight (12:00 AM), demonstrating their commitment and readiness to support the Bengaluru City Police during major public events.
The dedicated efforts of the Traffic Wardens were highly appreciated by senior officers of the Bengaluru City Police, who acknowledged their valuable contribution towards maintaining traffic discipline and facilitating the safe and orderly conduct of the Ganesha Visarjan festivities.
BCP-TWO continues to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the Bengaluru City Police — volunteering, serving and supporting a safer Bengaluru.
